Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Openwide, available at openwide.fun(the "Service"), operated by Openwide ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Openwide. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Openwide is a browser-based game that uses your device's camera to track your mouth in order to play. The Service requires camera access, granted directly through your browser. All camera processing happens locally on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details.

You may need to sign in with an email code or a Google account to access certain features, such as saving your scores or subscribing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.

Openwide offers a paid subscription ("All-You-Can-Eat Mode") at $5 per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post abusive, harassing, hateful, or impersonating content in the leaderboard or chat
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to inflate scores or abuse the leaderboard

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

The Service, including its design, game mechanics, branding, and code, is owned by Openwide and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Openwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
